This is on behalf of others—someone had to speak up. How can you expect someone to sign a payment agreement without clear instructions on how the payment will be made? This issue was brought up days before the payment was due, and now we’re 9 days past the due date with no progress. The agreement was sent to the people owed the money, and they raised their concerns and questions, which were not addressed. These issues could have been identified and resolved before the due date if their concerns were taken into account. It’s unreasonable to have to ask multiple times for dates and be charged each time.

I needed an operating agreement to follow a certain format to get certified as a veteran owned business. Arena completed this document and made a few edits to meet all of the requirements. The process was very easy and affordable.
Cream of the crop. I have used dozens of firms as an individual and for business. Typically attorneys are elusive, non-responsive, expensive and not very effective. Most firms put more energy into their billing and invoicing than their casework. The attorneys and staff at Arena Collective were the opposite. Easy to reach, responsive, extremely effective and were able to exceed my urgency when I dropped a couple of ticking timebombs on them.
